Full Job Description

  • Managing cleaning service delivery across 5 schools

  • Deliver and monitor the Service Delivery Plans and KPIs

  • Deliver a contractually compliant cleaning service

  • Establish, monitor, and supplement resource levels to comply with contract requirements

  • Facilitate the development of robust risk management processes and associated procedures

  • To develop relations and collaboration with contract management teams to ensure delivery of contract.

  • Stock and delivery control across 5 sites

  • Support other soft service delivery as needed

    We are looking for an individual with the ability and drive to manage client relations, team management, and supplier management with a motivation to continuously improve all aspects of the operation and quality of service delivery as per our business requirements.


  • Due to the multi-site nature of this role, a valid UK Driving licence would be beneficial.
