Full Job Description
- Managing cleaning service delivery across 5 schools
- Deliver and monitor the Service Delivery Plans and KPIs
- Deliver a contractually compliant cleaning service
- Establish, monitor, and supplement resource levels to comply with contract requirements
- Facilitate the development of robust risk management processes and associated procedures
- To develop relations and collaboration with contract management teams to ensure delivery of contract.
- Stock and delivery control across 5 sites
- Support other soft service delivery as needed
We are looking for an individual with the ability and drive to manage client relations, team management, and supplier management with a motivation to continuously improve all aspects of the operation and quality of service delivery as per our business requirements.
Due to the multi-site nature of this role, a valid UK Driving licence would be beneficial.
