Blackpool and the Fylde College (B&FC), one of Lancashire's leading further education providers, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Cleaning Operative to join our expanding Estates team. As a key member of our staff, you'll play an essential role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at various campuses for students, staff, and visitors.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Performing a range of general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising.
Ensuring high standards of cleanliness in all areas, including classrooms, offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
Following health and safety guidelines and using cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately.
Reporting maintenance or repair needs promptly to supervisors.
Replenishing consumable supplies, such as soap and paper products, as needed.
Maintaining a professional, positive attitude when interacting with students, staff, and visitors.
About the Estates Department: Our Estates Department at B&FC is responsible for managing and maintaining all college facilities and grounds. Have Manual Handling, COSHH, and basic Health and Safety training.
Can work independently, following best practices for cleanliness and safety.
