Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Bus Cleaner to join our team. Based primarily in our Ravenhill Swansea depot with occasional work at other depot sites in First Cymru. As a Bus Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our fleet, ensuring a pleasant experience for our passengers., Assisting with the internal and external cleaning of buses and depot premises with the use of specialist equipment and chemicals

-Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness.

-Wipe down and sanitize surfaces, including seats, windows, and handrails.

-Empty waste bins as needed.

-Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning.

-Follow safety and health regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

-Assist with other cleaning duties as required.

Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but not essential.

-Ability to work independently and efficiently.

-Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.

-Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

-Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies as needed.
