Perform all cleaning tasks as per specification and to the required standard

Keep machinery and equipment in good working order

Refer to the Site service pack on a regular basis for site information and company policies and procedures.

You may be required by both Fidelis and its customers, to undertake training to meet requirements both legal and non-legal., As a Cleaning Operative (Driver Preferable), you will be essential in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various locations. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your role involves performing cleaning tasks efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service. Your core skills in cleaning techniques will be complemented by your premium driving abilities, allowing you to transport equipment and supplies as needed. Proficiency in English and strong customer service skills will enhance your interactions, making you a vital part of our team dedicated to providing a clean and welcoming environment.

Proven experience in cleaning and maintenance roles
Strong communication skills in English
Excellent customer service abilities
Valid driver's license preferred for driving responsibilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
