7am till 4pm (4 days on - 4 days Off ) it includes weekends and match days when the Tour route is open.

Hours: Average 30 hours per week.

Work Time: 7am - 4pm ( 4 on 4 off )

Job Duties:

7am - 10am (cleaning boot room and Museum)

10.30 -4pm (Tour Route)

Cleaning and restocking toilets
Cleaning concourses
Sweeping all areas
Vacuuming
Dusting all areas
Use of machinery throughout the day
Deep cleaning toilets
Steaming walls
Cleaning terrace seats on Dug out and KOP tour area
High level dusting
Emptying of bins
Cleaning stairs
Cleaning walls
Cleaning escalators
Removing any chewing gum/ stickers
At least one year's cleaning experience needed

Previous cleaning experience and knowledge (min 1 year experience essential)
Ability to work within a team and also independently (self-organisation skills essential)
High standards of attention to detail
Knowledge of cleaning procedures including use of equipment preferable but not essential (necessary training will be provided)
Experience of working in a customer facing environment (essential)
English language at a communicative level
Willing to undertake appropriate training as required
Willingness to work additional hours if required
