Cleaning Services Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Services Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, health, and safety at the Club day-to-day and on matchdays. You will work as part of the wider team and your duties will include dusting, damp wiping, vacuuming, mopping, emptying of waste bins, replenishing supplies across various areas at the Club including offices, concourses, bathrooms and changing rooms.

You will have previous experience working as a Cleaning Services Operative in a similar working environment. You will need strong attention to detail and be committed and passionate about providing a 'best-in-class' service. Whilst you will be part of the wider team, you will also need to be self-driven and be comfortable with working independently.

Our Facilities and Estates Department are responsible for looking after our facilities across all our sites - Villa Park, Bodymoor Heath Training Ground and our Brookvale Inner City Academy.
