Cleaning Supervisor

As a Cleaning Supervisor at ZAM FM, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' premises are clean, safe, and welcoming. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the scheduling of regular cleaning team.


• Ensuring that cleaning schedules and methods are adhered to.


• Maintaining accurate records and ordering processes for cleaning materials


• Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.


• Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.


• Protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies.


• Notifying superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances.


• Dealing with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.


• Checking stocking levels of all consumables and replacing them when appropriate.


• Adhering strictly to rules regarding health and safety and being aware of any company-related practices.
  
  Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar role.


• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.


• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets.


• Integrity and ability to work independently.


• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery.


• Good physical condition and strength., cleaning: 1 year (preferred)


• Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)


• janitorial: 1 year (preferred)
