Full Job Description

As a Cleaning Supervisor at Sodexo in RAF Brize Norton, Carterton, You'll supervise cleaning services to create a safe and healthy environment. Our site is home to our armed forces personnel so you'll be improving the quality of life in everyone you meet! What you'll do:

  • Ensure completion of all requested/contracted tasks and motivate your team to effectively ensure these are completed in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Oversee all areas of an office, including kitchens, toilets, communal areas, are kept clean and hygienic.
  • Oversee the ordering of stock and consumables such as toilet tissue, cleaning products and appliances
  • Be a champion of health and safety practices - spot a near miss? Report it to keep your colleagues safe!
  • Ensure regular safety walks are completed, to pick up any hazards.
  • Frequent feedback sessions with your team, to ensure they are confident and happy in their roles.

    Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses is desirable, as well as some team leading experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Can work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed
  • Be a team player and take instruction
