Cleaning Supervisor

Management and supervision of individuals and cleaning team, including co-ordinating cover/rotas.
Being the initial point of contact for Managers, Directors and senior staff, within the organisation, for all cleaning issues on site and external clients as well.
Responsibility for managing the cleaning budget, stock control and audits for all sites.
Recruiting, training and inducting new cleaners and where necessary working with cleaners on areas where standards have not been achieved.

Do you have experience of being a 'hands on' cleaning supervisor and supervising staff?

Available immediately to work on a full time basis, minimum of 30 hours a week?

Our client, based in York is looking for an experienced, capable and confident cleaning supervisor to work with and oversee staff.

This is a temporary assignment, for a minimum of 3 months, with the potential of longer and a possibility of the role becoming permanent.

The role will be for a minimum of 30 hours a week. Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 3.30pm - 9.00pm and one morning a week 7.30am - 10.00am.

The rate of pay is £13.43 per hour, plus night enhancements and paid weekly.
