Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and support the Operations Manager and the Site Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily responsibilities of the cleaning team, ensuring that the premises are kept clean and tidy and that all health and safety standards are always maintained,
- Ensure that standards of cleanliness are met, and a first-class cleaning service is delivered to all areas
- Monitor material stock levels and ensure that adequate supplies are maintained reporting any supply needs to the Operations Manager
- Ensuring secure storage of cleaning products and equipment, in line with COSHH requirements
- Complying with all health and safety legislation and report any concerns to the Operations Manager
- Work as part of a team and support other members of the cleaning team to meet the school's high standards
- Key holder
- Attending INSET and other training relevant to the role, especially in use of specialist cleaning equipment
- Carrying out any other reasonable requests, in line with the broad responsibilities of the role.
- Covering when needed
Previous experience in cleaning or a similar role is preferred but not essential. We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds and experiences - Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of cleaning standards
- To be able to complete all your allocated cleaning tasks to the required standards within your set working hours

39 weeks per year. Term-time only + 4 weeks deep clean at various times across the school year in school holidays Monday - Friday 8:00am - 15:30pm Required as soon as possible after successful interview and subject to satisfactory references., Salary: NJC Point 11 £25,939.10 (FTE - £27,269 pro rata)
