Full Job Description

Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor - to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene and upkeep of a large Engineering company building, its offices, and meeting rooms. You will be joining our Facilities Cleaning Team based in Elland HX5, As a Working Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning activities of a team of cleaners across the site

  • Managing the core functions of the Contract Cleaning ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and that the cleaning team works efficiently and effectively.
  • Adhere to all in-house Health and Safety Environmental policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that equipment is used safely and maintained to the required standard by the Cleaning Team and that it is repaired appropriately as and when required
  • Flexibility to ensure that formal rectification or ad-hoc cleaning issues are picked up and can be responded to and managed promptly in line with the contract specification
  • Supporting the Operations Manager with the people management of on-site employees, ensuring an accurate, effective, and consistent approach to people management in areas such as sickness and attendance, holiday management performance, and conduct standards and rotas, ensuring company policies, procedures and processes are adhered to at all times.

    Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents, staff, and visitors to a high standard throughout the complex. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence., Experience in leading and motivating a team
  • Good knowledge of the use of cleaning chemicals COSHH, H&S legislation Manual Lift Handling
  • IT literate as will be dealing with emails, staff rotas and general administration.
