Full Job Description

We're looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our Workplace Solutions Team based in Waltham Forest., As a Cleaning Supervisor, you'll be working within the Workplace Solutions Team, supporting them in the delivery of our cleaning services contract with Waltham Forest Schools. Your day to day will include:

  • Ensure general and periodic cleaning tasks are carried out to the standards required in accordance with the specifications, method statements, service level agreements and key performance indicators
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with relevant Health & Safety Regulations
  • Maintain appropriate records, manual and computerised, for all cleaning works
  • Produce daily and periodic cleaning schedules for cleaning staff
  • Complete weekly time sheets and submit to the Facilities Manager

    Cleaning experience
  • BICS qualification (desirable)
  • Basic numeracy and literacy
  • Supervisory skills, but with the ability to work as a member of a team
  • Flexible to carry out a variety of tasks as requested
