Full Job Description

We are looking for an individual with vast experience within the cleaning industry, who has previously managed teams, worked at a variety of sites and would like to take the next step towards management. Under direction of the Area Manager ensure a cost effective and efficient cleaning service is provided to our customers in various buildings around the city.
The role will be communicating with customers daily and auditing the cleaning standards to ensure a high-quality service is delivered. Tackling any shortfalls and providing key feedback to the cleaning team & management team. You will be responsible for the supervision, training, and development of staff to ensure they reach their full potential.
You will also be at the forefront of changing the shape of how we deliver our services, looking into new ways of working, trialling new products and equipment and continuously looking at ways of improving our delivery service.
We expect you to have a working knowledge of the COSHH regulations & follow the councils Health & Safety policy & procedures.
As you are required to drive round the city as part of your job role you will need use of a vehicle with business use on your vehicle insurance. You will also be required to undertake a driving assessment to use our electric van weekly.
