Full Job Description

Nuneaton and Bedworth Community Enterprises is a company established by Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council to, amongst other things, provide high quality cleaning services to council run properties across the borough., We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team, to oversee the day-to-day scheduling of works and management of cleaning operatives. This will involve visiting sites across Nuneaton and Bedworth and any designated area(s) to ensure cleaning is of a high standard and the correct procedures are being followed., The Cleaning Supervisor will be the first point of contact for clients to deal with scheduling of works, quality control, contract review meetings, and client management. They will also have direct responsibility for the members of their team and will deal with such activities as authorising leave/timesheets, managing absences and dealing with issues of minor capability and disciplinary, and maintaining records.
