Full Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join Team Caerphilly and provide support across the wider Waste Management Team. We pay an attractive salary of £24,404 and offer access to training and development opportunities. An opportunity has arisen to work in a high profile service area collating, coordinating and reporting key information on the Authority's Waste and Recycling Service. The role involves dealing with operational supervisors and recycling officers to engage, educate and enforce, all with the aim to achieve the challenging high level recycling targets set by Welsh Government. The postholder must have experience of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) or similar IT software to carry out work that involves word processing, spreadsheets and presentation graphics.
5 GCSEs Grade A
- -C (including Maths and English) or equivalent. Or Relevant Level 2 qualification/s on the Credit and Qualification Framework for Wales. For example Administration. The ability to work effectively in stressful or sensitive situations, handling conflict with tact and diplomacy to ensure personal safety.
