Full Job Description

You will be responsible for providing clinic administration and reception support to patients attending Outpatient Clinics; this will include receiving and greeting patients into clinic areas whilst recording the patient's attendance and clinical outcome on the PARIS system. You will be responsible for receiving, processing, scanning and uploading of referrals. Ensuring that all processes are carried out in a timely and accurate manner to ensure an efficient appointment booking service. Booking of all stationary and clinical equipment. Monitor generic team mailbox and distribute or action accordingly. Responsible for booking interpreters for the service.
