Full Job Description
We are currently looking for someone to provide administrative support to our Barnsley team. The successful candidate will be joining a leading not-for-profit organisation that provides independent living services to people with disabilities and health care needs nationwide., The Role - Your main duties will include:
- Providing a professional customer service experience to all callers on behalf of the Barnsley team.
- Providing clerical support to all staff including production of letters and other paperwork, producing invoices, minuting meetings and providing recruitment support.
- Managing an internal database, including the uploading of new referrals and other relevant documentation.
- Producing accurate statistics and reports.
- Receiving and recording all incoming/outgoing mail.
- Monitoring and replenishing office stationery stocks.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications - We are looking for someone with the following attributes: - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (including Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Ability to input and maintain accurate data records.
- Ability to manage workload effectively.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Ability to work flexibly and to deadlines.
- Ability to produce business correspondence to a high standard.
- Experience in a customer service environment.
- Experience of minute taking.
