Full Job Description

To provide clerical support to the Child Health Department within the pre-school department. The role involves: dealing with Health Visitors and support staff, ., Creating new Child Health records, both electronically and manually, data inputting on the Child Health computer system, updating child health records, filing, photocopying and distribution and checking of letters. Responsible for the printing of the weekly child health reports download. Strict confidentiality will be maintained at all times
