Full Job Description
The post holder will support the clerical team within the Women's and Children's Outpatient and Ultrasound Department. You will be responsible forproviding a high quality administration service to support the clinical teams of ultrasound, antenatal, paediatric and gynaecology services.
The post holder will be expected to work as a member of the Women's and Children's team, fulfilling outpatient's clerical duties and will work closely in conjunction with the Team Leader and Assistant General Managers to assist with co-ordination of a comprehensive patient centred ultrasound and outpatient service.
The post holder will have a duty to ensureaccuracyof confidential, sensitive information and data input. The will ensure high levels of data quality and other aspects of administration and clerical work as required.
This is a role with lots of variety and ad-hoc demands and so the post holder will possess good time management and planning skills, be able to work independently and will be highly motivated by good practice in relation to patient care/service delivery. The post holder will have the ability to assess, analyse and problem solve self-sufficiently to support patients, visitors and service users in management of multiple clinical diaries and appointments.
