We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised individual to fill the position of Clerical Officer in our Radiology Department. This is a permanent, full-time role that offers a unique chance to contribute to the smooth operation of one of the most critical departments in our healthcare facility., Radiology, your primary role will be to provide essential clerical support to the Radiology Department. Your responsibilities will include:
Efficiently schedule and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring a streamlined process for both staff and patients.
Create a warm and welcoming environment for patients by offering a friendly reception and addressing inquiries with professionalism and compassion.
Support: Undertake a comprehensive range of clerical duties to support the overall functioning of the Radiology Department.
Make appropriate arrangements to guarantee the smooth running of the department, contributing to an efficient and effective healthcare service.
