Join Our Team: Ensuring Seamless Patient Care and Administrative Excellence Delivering efficient, compassionate service as the gateway to Diagnostic Imaging. We're seeking a dedicated individual to join the Diagnostic Imaging Department as a key player in maintaining the highest standards of administrative, clerical, and computer processes. You will be the welcoming face and the first point of contact for patients entering the department, ensuring every patient is registered accurately and efficiently onto the Trust's IT system. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing patient care through effective communication and seamless service. This role requires flexibility, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to work under the direction of the Clerical Manager to support all Imaging Departments.   • Register patients efficiently and accurately on the Trust's IT system
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patient and relative inquiries in person and over the phone
  • Maintain and organise patient records, including filing and scanning
  • Liaise with both internal and external agencies to support patient care
  • Uphold the high standards of the Diagnostic Imaging Department's reception area
  • Assist in the induction, orientation, and training of new team members
  • Attend and complete all Trust-mandated training sessions
  • Work collaboratively as part of a large, supportive administration team
