Full Job Description

  • Positively contribute to client relationships
  • Liaising with clients and engineers via phone, email and other forms of
  • messaging when booking engineer appointments
  • Reporting any potential problems/issues to the Client Account Co-ordinator,
  • Senior Client Account Co-ordinator or Operations Management Team
  • Assisting with processing of email inboxes, ensuring responses are sent in a
  • timely manner
  • Updating excel track sheets with notes and other required information
  • Attending JR Team meetings when required, either in person or via Teams
  • If appropriate, attending client meetings, either in person or via Teams
  • Updating of client portals with progress of works as required
  • Accurate processing of results and certificates
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as and when required
  • This is a working from home position although you will be required to attend meetings.

    Good written and verbal communicator Proven Experience of working directly with clients and third parties to achieve deadlines Proven Experience of working in a Customer Service Environment Excellent computer skills including Excel Be self-disciplined and self-motivated Able to work alone as well as part of our dynamic team
