Our brand spans a dedicated private shopping division and a content platform, www.luminaireco.com, that showcases best in class finds, style guidance and masterclasses and amplifies the conversation around design and luxury., The Client & Administration Associate develops and manages memberships and leads on both office administration and sales data reporting/ administration.

MEMBERSHIPS

  • Deliver the Membership customer journey ensuring an exceptional experience at all customer touch points.


  • Manage all membership enquiries, outreach and renewals and establishing initial client profiles in the CRM system.


  • Co-ordinating all communications and collateral to drive memberships and to enable onboarding of members to the Luminaire private client.


  • Managing and maintaining the CRM database of all members, website subscribers and event attendees.


  • Manage the distribution of marketing communications including newsletters to members and commercial partners.


  • Distribute weekly and monthly mood boards.


  • Assist in executing all events to elevate the Luminaire brand and voice including


  • working with the team to identify and implement regular digital and IRL events in

    collaboration with brands and commercial partnerships

  • Co-ordinating the production of event collateral, guest lists and managing invitations and attendance for all events


  • OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
    Supports and leads on general office activities and duties.

  • Supplies management


  • Calendar planning


  • Team onboarding and process lead


  • Office Equipment maintenance and escalations


  • Building Management key liaison


  • Ad hoc goods in and returns


  • SALES DATA ADMINISTRATION

  • Daily/ Weekly and Monthly sales data inputting in partnership with the PS Team


  • Sales reconciliations in partnership with the Finance team.


  • Brand invoicing queries in partnership with the Finance and leadership team.


  • REPORTING

    Provides qualitative and quantitative reports for the leadership team which highlight financial performance and provides insightful information to both review and forecast.

  • Personal Shopping Sales Analysis


  • Analyze and report monthly to the Luminaire team on performance and engagement

    Agile, creative and commercially astute. Client centric and proactive with the ability to develop long lasting relationships within the luxury market.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint. Organisational excellence and a willingness to adapt to varied responsibilities.

    Experience in marketing, sales, CRM and/ or strategy business experience Minimum bachelor's degree preferred.
