Full Job Description

Are people, pets and positivity your thing? If so, we would love you to join our fantastic front-of-house team as our new Client Care Coordinator! Cromwell Vets are looking for someone pro-active and friendly to welcome clients and their pets to the practice in a warm, professional manner and provide support to our brilliant team. Ideal applicants will want to grow within the role and we offer BVRA training to support this! Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Welcoming clients and their pets upon arrival
  • Answering the phone in a polite, clear and empathetic manner
  • Ensuring all enquiries at resolved efficiently
  • Managing the diaries effectively and ensure the smooth running of vet and nurse consults
  • Assisting with administrative duties including answering email enquiries and online booking requests.

    A valid driving license is required. Must be flexible and able to cover shifts across all Cromwell branches.
  • Strong administration and organisation skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Reception or client care experience
  • Cash handling and till operation
  • Previous experience of working in a veterinary/doctors surgery (desirable)
  • IT skills - confident in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook as a minimum.
