Do you have experience of private health insurance (PMI) corporate account management? Have you developed client relationships in a consultative, service selling environment? We're looking for Client Director to join our Distribution team in AXA Health. You'll proactively manage, retain and develop a portfolio of corporate clients with significant healthcare schemes, in health insurance and wellbeing services, including Employee Assistance programmes. At AXA we work smart, this role is non-office field-based meaning you'll travel to visit AXA Health offices and client sites as required. Current full UK driving licence required. What you'll be doing:
- Establish and develop multi contact relationships between corporate client organisations, experts within AXA Health and associated brokers.
- Develop detailed understanding of each client, proactively identifying opportunities for further product and service sales across AXA Health product and service lines.
- Deliver retention and development sales results across a range of products and services.
- Build annual and longer-term strategic account plans.
- Provide ongoing customer, broker, and market feedback with colleagues, to input into and shape ongoing proposition development.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of AXA Health products and services and those of competitors.
- Sustain up-to-date knowledge of trends within the corporate employee benefits and healthcare marketplaces, using these to proactively consult clients.

- Demonstrable experience of PMI corporate account management - essential.
- Knowledge of corporate employee healthcare benefits market and relationship between healthcare benefit provision, employee wellness and corporate performance - essential.
- Ability to meet annual targets and evidence of developing and implementing plans for longer term success - essential.
- Strong commercial and strategic awareness, coupled with knowledge of the corporate business environment - essential.
- Extensive working knowledge of all health and wellbeing services and products available within the wider marketplace - essential.
- Outstanding relationship management and networking skills, both internally and externally - essential.
- Influencing, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Full clean driving licence is essential, due to travel involved - essential. As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
