Client Manager -Aon's Credit Solutions

What the day will look like

As a Client Manager your key responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with Clients, Insurers and colleagues on day-to-day policy management

  • Supporting clients on cover requests and reporting of overdues

  • Assisting with claims submissions and negotiation.

  • Negotiation of policy renewal and timely delivery of renewal reports and policy documentation

  • Providing clients with training

  • Providing advice to clients on market developments and share knowledge of market trends to enhance the overall value proposition

  • Introducing and supporting team on new business opportunities to achieve individual new business target

  • Responsible for adherence to business processes, systems and procedures

  • Working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including ongoing training.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

    As a Client Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
  • Ideally minimum 3 years' experience of working in credit insurance as a broker or underwriter

  • Competent in use of Microsoft Office and IT systems

  • Ability to handle significant workflow through efficient time management and organisation

  • Self-motivated, willing to use own initiative and keen to be part of a team

  • Integrity and working in a way that positively impacts our clients, colleagues and communities
