As a Junior Client Partner, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. This role comes with a clear sales target, making it perfect for a driven individual with a passion for business development and client relations.You'll be responsible for:
- Meeting or exceeding your monthly and quarterly sales targets by growing existing accounts and converting inbound opportunities.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with your clients - ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Identify potential new clients, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term client partnerships.
- Gathering & documenting project requirements to shape test approaches for client projects.
- The creation and commercial sign-off of proposals and quotes.
- Organising and booking client projects with our operations team.
- Updating our CRM with detailed activities and next steps.
- Representing zoonou at industry events, serving as a strong ambassador for our B Corp and employee-owned status.
