Meta is seeking an ambitious, customer centric, tech-savvy and relationship-obsessed Client Partner with a passion for strategic planning, operational rigor, retail & eComm industry and with a track record of exemplary execution. As Client Partner, you will play a pivotal role in developing deep collaboration with external clients and agency partners, selling through a shared strategic vision and the ability to rally your internal team and cross functional partners in measurement, creative, engineering, marketing and product to solve for business challenges and find opportunities.With a deep understanding of the holistic customer journey, this role will be expected to problem-solve and lead complex, undefined work-streams and opportunities, as well as influence multiple stakeholders, corporations and matrix organizations with an entrepreneurial mindset. Success in this position will consist of driving meaningful revenue growth, influencing C-Levels, selling with a consultative, 1. Set the strategy, accurately forecast, and deliver impact across your portfolio of advertisers
2. Strengthen senior-level relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education and advertiser satisfaction
3. Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall vertical and team goals
4. Develop and drive strategic account plans and workstreams for business evolution and growth using data backed insights and platform understanding
5. Accurately and effectively manage sales pipeline in order to prioritize business opportunities and resources, predict future sales revenue and share of wallet by analysing the pipeline, external market conditions, client budgets and annual plans
6. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
7. Activate cross-functional teams internally to meet your clients' business objectives
8. Drive operational excellence in managing your book of business
9. Anticipate industry, consumer, and partner-specific trends to influence Meta's future business strategies
10. Lead initiatives that scale beyond your direct team to support other verticals and regions globally
11. Create and deliver consultative and persuasive sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends and Meta marketing solutions. Crafts & delivers data-driven narratives that rallies stakeholders towards a common plan & goal
12. Exhibit executive presence and confidence in presenting Meta to C-suite executives
13. Serve as an industry thought leader in order to drive vertical and client success leveraging Meta's ongoing product and technology developments
