Client Portfolio Manager (LDI)

Insight Investment are currently looking for a Client Portfolio Manager (LDI) to join the Pooled Solutions team to help service our current clients to a very high standard as well as helping to continue to grow the business.The team work closely with four LDI Portfolio Managers and increasingly our Fixed Income Portfolio Managers as solutions become more credit focused.

Client Management

• Understand Insight products and strategies and how these can be tailored to clients


• Assist client directors on a daily basis to respond to technical queries including all client modelling


• Lead discussions with clients and consultants in terms of their current or evolving strategies


• Attend meetings to represent the LDI investment team


Business Development


• Represent Insight pooled fund products and strategies in consultant research meetings


• Lead the solution design for new business proposals including taking a primary role in any pitch


Strategic Initiatives


• Work closely with investment teams, sales, operations, legal, compliance and product development on fund initiatives


• New fund design and launch


• Improve current funds structures / accessibility for our evolving client base
  
  Qualified actuary or CFA / equivalent


• Detailed understanding of UK DB pensions


• Excellent communicator with developed presentation skills able to effectively present and partner with clients, prospects, and consultants


• Good attention to detail


• Excellent team player with the ability to think independently


• Good excel skills
