We're not just a team; we're a community of professionals dedicated to making a difference. As a Client Relationship and BD Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our firm. You'll be the bridge between our legal experts and our valued clients, ensuring seamless communication and top-notch service. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Keeping key client information up to date following meetings with TMG/Sector Leads and client partners
- Following up with client partners/teams to: + Encourage and remind them to contact their clients regarding a CLI + Find out what they have done to take forward the actions following CLIs + Complete/move forward client service plans
- Supporting on TMG related pitches, capability statements and materials that are required for client BD meetings, often to tight deadlines - in particular, activity aligned to and emanating from our Cardiff office
- Updating and uploading new TMG specific content to the Intranet and providing reporting metrics
- Co-ordinating attendance at specific TMG related dinners and award
- Helping to manage BD budgets and invoice tracking and processing

A dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a genuine interest in the legal sector. - Previous experience in a BD or client-facing role, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also take the initiative and work independently.
- Eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced setting.
