We're not just a team; we're a community of professionals dedicated to making a difference. As a Client Relationship and BD Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our firm. You'll be the bridge between our legal experts and our valued clients, ensuring seamless communication and top-notch service. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Keeping key client information up to date following meetings with TMG/Sector Leads and client partners
  • Following up with client partners/teams to:
  • + Encourage and remind them to contact their clients regarding a CLI + Find out what they have done to take forward the actions following CLIs + Complete/move forward client service plans
  • Supporting on TMG related pitches, capability statements and materials that are required for client BD meetings, often to tight deadlines - in particular, activity aligned to and emanating from our Cardiff office
  • Updating and uploading new TMG specific content to the Intranet and providing reporting metrics
  • Co-ordinating attendance at specific TMG related dinners and award
  • Helping to manage BD budgets and invoice tracking and processing

  • Previous experience in a BD or client-facing role, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence.
