To support this, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Client Relationship Manager - Midlands Lead to join our growing team. We have great opportunities for ambitious individuals to take accountability for existing client relationships and development of the future corporate pipeline of large cases. Your role will be working as part of distribution alongside underwriting, claims and operations to scope and create insurance solutions tailored to the needs of each individual client, taking responsibility for the delivery of our service from initial design through to external negotiations, client presentations and long term relationship management. You will be working closely with distribution colleagues and underwriting teams to identify and actively pursue opportunities to grow our client portfolio through new business and renewals, in line with Allianz's growth ambition. This position can be based from our Birmingham or Bristol office on a hybrid basis.
- Sponsorship of the CRM programme internally and externally.
- Owning an integrated team approach for clients, bringing together all business areas
- Supporting delivery of our business premium growth, profit & retention targets
- Development of prioritised CRM prospect list
- Representing Allianz at broker & prospect meetings to present our proposition
- Responsible for leading initiatives for service and operational improvements by acting on feedback from customers
- Sharing findings and best practice in order to build capability and overall team efficiency
- Support and optimisation of MI and reporting requirements
- Providing single point access to Allianz, ensuring a structured approach to account support and service delivery.
- Combining technical and product insight with client service know-how
- Regular client/broker/insurer coordination and ready access to decision makers
- Hosting client/market events both internally and externally
- Conduit to market for One Allianz Solutions

As part of this, growth ambition, we are committed to invest in CRM and, as such, we are now looking for a talented, ambitious and passionate CRM professional with relevant Commercial Insurance experience to join us on our journey to build a 'Best in Industry' team which sets the gold standard within the Allianz Group., Essential - Knowledge of FCA/PRA and other relevant regulation and legislation
- At least five-ten years' experience in Commercial Insurance, with a technical background (underwriting, claims, broking) an advantage
- Ability to create tailor-made propositions to meet client needs
- Actively manage complex stakeholder engagement
- Key go to market person with broker partners
- Ability to engage credibly with senior business partners Desirable
- Experience of tripartite relationships
- Expert and thought leader in product suite to meet existing and future risk requirements
- CRM experience in the insurance market as well as corporate, sales & distribution and brokers
- Industry segment expertise to bring knowledge and relationships to the business
- ACII qualified or working towards, Good presentation skills
- Influencing skills and ability to influence without authority
