Our Client Relationship Team
We are seeking a Client Relationship Assistant to support our Client Relationship Team with Isio's pensions administration service line.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our Client Relationship Team, ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients. This position involves a combination of administrative duties, client interaction, and coordination to support the effective management of client accounts.
The ideal candidate will already be working in a similar role within the pensions or financial services industry. They should possess strong communication skills. They should be team orientated with good interpersonal skills and a logical approach to problem solving. They must also be flexible with the ability to effectively prioritise their own workload.
This role can be based in our Croydon, Birmingham or London city centre offices with a hybrid workstyle.
Key responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of client reports, presentations and documentation.
Schedule, coordinate and attend client meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting materials.
Support new business pitches, including travel as required.
Maintain and update client records, proposals, and communication logs, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare and process client-related paperwork, including contracts and compliance documents.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales, operations, legal and finance teams to gather relevant information and to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Coordinate with external stakeholders to support client needs.
Facilitate the resolution of client issues and escalate complex matters to the Client Relationship Team Lead as needed.
Assist in the planning and execution of client-related projects and initiatives.
Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
Provide regular updates and reports on project status to the Client Relationship Team.

Financial Services / Pensions Admin background is essential.
Previous experience in a supporting a client facing team is preferred.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple proposals and client relationships simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Essential
GCSE English and mathematics (A-C) or equivalent
Excellent communication skills including delivering presentations
Excellent MS office skills
Working as part of a team
Ability to travel
Desirable
Experience in proposal management, client relations, or a similar role within the pensions or professional services industries
Professional certification in pensions administration
Experience working with pension trustees, consultants or similar client groups
Previous experience in sales support, business development or client retention
