Full Job Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

  • Regularly update clients on the progress of their cases.

  • Work closely with your Regional Sales colleague.

  • Coordinate with the Sample Collection network and the Laboratory to ensure high service standards.

  • Provide timely, accurate support to Sample Collectors in your region.

  • Regularly contact Sample Collectors to update availability.

  • Prepare and manage client documents, including quotations, orders, letters, and reports.

  • Coordinate sample collections for your region.

  • Manage the entire workflow of drug, alcohol, and DNA cases from start to finish.

  • Ensure cases meet client and court deadlines.

  • Provide general advice to clients on testing requirements, referring technical questions where required.

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry on the CRM system including recording all client communications.

  • Implement the company Quality Management System requirements and help maintain ISO accreditation standards.

  • Record all non-conformities and complaints promptly.

  • Respect the confidentiality of information obtained during sample analysis, disclosing it only when required by law or court order.

    We are seeking a client focused individual to be part of an on site team that support the operational activities with internal and external customer communication. This role supports and delivers essential client service, executing the workflow for cases for AttoLife clients. This role includes case creation, management and quotations, along with supporting the execution of the associated services including sample collection, customer support, checking of results and review of reports., Proven experience of customer services and customer communications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a clam and professional demeanour under pressure

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple cases and follow-up activities simultaneously

  • Ability to work independently, while also contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment

  • AttoSure focuses on workplace drug and alcohol testing, AttoLife offers DNA and toxicology testing for legal purposes, and AttoDiagnostics provides lab services to businesses, including pharmacogenomics (PGx) and microbiome testing.

  • Salary £23,000 to £24,000 depending on skill set and experience

  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
