Full Job Description

We are currently looking for a Client Service Executive to join the Strategic Partnership Team in London on a permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to assist the Account Managers/Directors and Head of Strategic Partnerships to meet the servicing and relationship requirements of RLAM's largest client, Royal London Mutual Insurance Society. The role will require consideration of issues at both a tactical and strategic level to ensure the most effective and efficient allocation of resource and process utilised in the provision of services to clients. The Strategic Partnership Team are responsible for the relationship management and client service of the Institutional clients managed by RLAM. The team are separated in segregated and pooled funds and this role will be supporting the pooled funds range with some potential to support hybrid clients. About the role

  • Office-based support to Account Managers/Director and Head of Strategic Partnerships
  • Preparation and dispatch of quarterly and periodic client reports
  • To compile presentation packs for client meetings
  • Liaison with RLAM outsource providers in conjunction with RLAM Outsource provider relationship team as appropriate.
  • Maintenance and update of key client static data and document storage

    School leaver, University degree, or equivalent qualification. An IMC qualification would be desirable but not essential.
  • An interest in Financial Services and basic understanding of Asset Management.
  • Accountable for the completion of assigned tasks
  • Excellent writing and telephone skills
  • Attention to detail and a 'can do', positive attitude.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills to a high level
  • Self-starter / self-manager, happy to work independently.
  • Basic database skills
