Full Job Description

Isio Wealth Planning are looking for a self-motivated individual to provide support to the Consultants in our Croydon Office, managing data, client files, submitting Letters of Authority, managing and dealing with daily post and assisting Consultants in pre-meeting preparation and Client Reviews. Role and Responsibilities

  • Maintain Client Information: Regularly update fact find information in the client management system (Intelliflo).
  • Policy Management: Obtain and maintain policy information and valuations on Intelliflo.
  • Deadline Adherence: Ensure all deadlines set by consultants and providers are met.
  • Client File Management: Keep client files up to date and organised.
  • Consultant Support: Assist consultants with pre-meeting preparations and annual reviews.
  • Daily Post Management: Handle and manage daily post as directed.
  • Fee and Invoice Management: Raise fees and invoices for consultants and corporate accounts.
  • Cross-Departmental Assistance: Provide support in other areas as needed.
  • Letters of Authority Management: Issue and collate information for Letters of Authority.
  • Digital Tools Utilisation: Register and use appropriate extranets, websites, and other e-business tools.
  • Cash Balance Monitoring: Monitor and manage cash balances.
  • Compliance and Standards: Operate within the compliance and corporate standards of the business.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, FSA Statements of Principle & Code of Practice, and relevant FSA rules.
  • Anti-Money Laundering Procedures: Follow the firm's compliance, T&C, and anti-money laundering procedures.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with relevant product, legislative, and technical changes.

    Essential:
  • Technologically Proficient: Comfortable using various software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong team player with excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients and colleagues.
  • Proactive and Enthusiastic: Eager to learn and grow, demonstrating a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Highly Organized: Detail-oriented, methodical, and disciplined, with a strong ability to manage tasks efficiently.
  • Effective Time Management: Skilled in organizing and prioritizing workload, with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Desirable:
  • Knowledge of platform providers e.g. Standard Life Wrap, Aviva, Cofunds, Elevate
  • Knowledge of DFMs, e.g. Brewin Dolphin, Investec, Charles Stanley
  • Knowledge of Investment products e.g. DFMs, model portfolios, Structured notes, ISAs, EISs and VCTs
  • Knowledge of personal and group pensions, SIPPs and SSASs
