Your focus will be to provide an exceptional service to our clients and the best care possible to their pets - providing a link between clients and the clinical team. Your ability to build strong relationships with our clients, their pets and the practice team will be critical to your success. Your great client service during a client's visit will make sure that their absolute satisfaction is given, and that the client leaves knowing that they have received exceptional service and look forward to their next visit. You will greet each client and offer support, guidance and expertise, managing payments and future bookings confidently. The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day organisation and management of our reception team, ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at all times and most importantly, help to devise new and innovative ways to drive the practice forward This position is full time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 1 in 4 weekend cover may be required managing the Reception Team of 15 members Your key responsibilities: overview managing reception
- Leading the non-clinical team in daily tasks, promoting wellbeing and being a general support to colleagues.
- Greeting our clients, making them feel at home and comfortable, and promoting the services we offer reviewing the customer journey to improve the standards
- Diary Management to ensure the clinics are running efficiency and meeting customer demand
- Cashing up each day
- Stock management
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Upskilling and coaching the team
- Managing one to one with your team - development plans and end of year reviews
