Full Job Description
- Leading our team of supported living workers, you'll help us deliver person centred, care packages to our customers who require support with a range of their daily living and personal care needs
- Work with a range of stakeholders including families, advocates, health and social care partners
- You'll coach your team and manage individual and team performance, ensuring that high quality care is at the heart of everything they do
- You'll promote the service, ensuring that it's visible and accessible to referring agencies and self-referring customers and promote our brand in the community
- You'll ensure the quality of the service evidenced by CQC inspections and internal quality audits You will go home each day knowing that you have helped change our customers lives for the better. Due to limits on our current certificates of sponsorship, we are not able to offer sponsorship to external candidates for this role. This remains under regular review.,
- Flexible working patterns will be available on a rota basis due to the service needing cover 24/7. Customers will be supported 1:1 or 2:1 depending on their needs.
- Where we are flexible with you, we do need to meet the needs of our customers. That may mean adapting your start or finishing times on occasion.
- Able to use technology to update support plans, complete online learning and to collaborate with colleagues.
- You'll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
- Being able to drive is an advantage

- Experience of CQC services and working with adults with learning disabilities and/or autism
- Experience of team management/leadership in a care environment and have the knack for empowering and developing others, Looking for a job where you really belong?
