Full Job Description
Assist and support broader team with data needs, client implementations and other priority tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.
Utilize Excel to extract, clean, and transform data for analysis.
Manage and maintain data integrity through a streamlined process.
Participate in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
Key health & safety responsibilities:
Assess the risks and work in a safe manner at all times, robustly implementing health and safety rules, instructions and systems and refuse to undertake work that compromises your safety or health.
Report in a timely manner all incidents including near miss and safety observations (NMSO), accidents and injuries and raise any health and safety concerns with your line manager.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Client Success Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving data-management and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data entry and a proven ability to manage complex data sets., 1-2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in a SaaS environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Comfortable handling/managing large batches of data and supporting broader team on cross functional tasks.
Familiarity with FTP processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics or Statistics
Strong SQL skills
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
