Full Job Description
You will co-ordinate the clinical diary and scheduling of appointments. This will require communication between service users and their external stakeholders, clinicians, and the internal team of clinical administrators. Monitoring of clinician diaries and scheduling appointments. Monitor patient lists ensuring all appointments are offered/completed within the time frame specified. Responding to new enquiries received by the service to provide relevant service information. Following-up of enquiries and close tracking and monitoring of the enquiry conversion rate. Working toward enquiry conversion service targets.
- Update NHS System One as required and also help to set up System One accounts for new users. · Deal with complaints and patient sensitivities. · Proofread, finalise, and email assessment reports that have been concluded on the system. · Receiving/sending emails from NMP's to clients/GP. Monitor our long waiters list and resolve relevant issues. · Collection and distribution of post/new referrals to the team. · Maintain a monthly log of all new referrals to team. · Cover colleagues work when they are on leave or due to illness or if they are over capacity. · Discharging all patients from our team once their assessments are complete. · Refer patients to post diagnostic support partners where appropriate.
- Data input and uploading case documentation to inhouse database.
- Liaising with External contacts (schools).
- Ensuring internal/external clinic rooms are booked as required.
