Client Transport Co-Ordinator

You will be responsible for liaising with parents, carers, schools, day centres, local authorities etc. You will work with our school transport team to ensure the smooth running and delivery of home to school transport. Your role will involve making changes to transport on our system, communicating changes to relevant parties such as drivers, chaperones, parents, local authorities, corporate clients etc. You will also be required to make and amend transport bookings.

• Ensuring professionalism, integrity, and quality is maintained throughout all activities


• Assist with delivering an exceptional service to our clients


• Assist with making, updating, cancelling bookings etc


• Provide professional and excellent customer service


• To arrange cover for chaperone & driver absence/sickness


• Maintaining records of driver & chaperone rota
  
  Working knowledge of IT systems / databases, incl Microsoft and Outlook


• Keen attention to detail whilst prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines


• Reliable and organised, quick learner
