Full Job Description

Responsibilities will include answering phone calls and emails, greeting patients and visitors on arrival to the clinic. Contacting patients and liaising with staff, other departments, GP practices and other hospitals. Tracking notes in and out of the clinic, preparing the notes for clinic and managing the booking of appointments using the clinical database. You need to be IT confident and familiar with Allscripts, Word and Excel.

A new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, organised and motivated receptionist/clinic coordinator to join our small friendly Pre-operative assessment team at Maidstone Hospital.

We are looking for someone who can provide efficient and effective administration to the Pre-operative assessment clinic

Youwill be conscientious, have good communication skills (oral and written) and have the ability to prioritise own work load due to changing demands of the service. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of confidentiality and be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment., Would you like to work flexibly?
