A fantastic opportunity has arisen for motivated individuals to join our Outpatient Services team at St George's Hospital. The role of Clinic Delivery Coordinator, provides a comprehensive administrative support and frontline reception service to all outpatient areas within the trust, based in our specialty teams across Medicine, Surgery and Women & Children. This is an entry level post with excellent opportunities to progress within the trust, The key duties of the Clinic Delivery Coordinator are as follows:

  • Receptioning of outpatient clinics providing a high level of customer service with an understanding of key patient processes, ensuring administration of outpatient clinics are carried out in a timely manner
  • To field enquiries in person, via phone and via email, for patients, visitors and staff in relation to the St George's outpatient service ensuring all enquiries are fulfilled or escalated appropriately
  • To support the Assistant Service Manager and Team Leaders with operational and administrative service improvement
  • To uphold the trust values of: Kind, Excellent, Respectful and Responsible at all times.

  • Their main site, St George's Hospital in Tooting - one of the country's principal teaching hospitals - is shared with St George's, University of London, which trains medical students and carries out advanced medical research.
