Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinic Nurse Manager to join the Outpatient Directorate. As the Clinic Nurse Manager you will provide supervision to the nursing team and will manage in accordance to Trust polices . You will participate in innovation and evidence based nursing practice through professional leadership and will work closely with the Outpatient Matron., The Clinic Nurse Manager has delegated responsibility for the management of the department including assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care and the setting of standards on a shift basis.
The Clinic Nurse Manager will act as a credible and professional role model and will encourage and empower other staff to develop both personally and professionally to achieve their maximum potential.
The Clinic Nurse have delegated responsibility for the operational and management issues and take on the leadership of specific projects as agreed with the Outpatients Senior Sister and Outpatients Matron.
