+ Supervise clinic reception staff, ensuring top-notch customer service for patients attending outpatient appointments.
+ Collaborate closely with the Associate Outpatients and Medical Records Manager and the Medical Records Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations.
+ Provide cross-coverage within Medical Records during annual leave periods.
