Full Job Description

The Norfolk Hospice Tapping House is comprised of different services who work to support patients and families at different stages of their palliative journey. The clinical administration team are an integral part of these services in ensuring the patient and their familys experience is positive.

As part of the clinical admin team, you will support the Tulip Centres provision of rehabilitative and complementary outpatient services and the Family and Carer Support teams provision of psychological therapies.

The Clinical Administrator will actively manage the administrative processes attached to patient pathways, be a point of contact for patients/clients seeking support and assist the clinical teams with administrative tasks as the person moves through the system., The Hospice stands in beautiful well maintained grounds. Our building is modern and light with each bedroom having a garden view. We offer free parking and an amazing onsite cafe

We have an amazing multi-disciplinary team who all work together ensuring that the patient is central to everything we do.

Hours - 22.5 to 30 hours per week over 3 to 4 days (Monday to Friday)

Holiday - 25 days (increasing to 27 after 5 years and 31 after 9 years FTE) plus 8 bank holidays

We work with everyone as an individual, supporting them on each step of their journey through our outpatient unit, our inpatient unit, and in their own homes to live a good life and achieve a good death, in their place of choice. We also work with families along the way and offer bereavement support. We are a charity and the only independent Hospice in this part of the UK, which enables us to deliver the most compassionate, dynamic and proactive end-of-life care. As such we are a centre of clinical excellence in the region and further afield, recognised at the forefront of education in palliative care for over 40 years.
