Clinical Advisor

You must be a registered adult Nurse or Paramedic with 2 years of recent experience in primary care or an A&E setting in the Ashford, Ipswich, or Norwich region. Potential to develop into hybrid working from 6 months! A Clinical Advisor saves lives with their voice. Is this you? If so, itll be your job to carry out complex clinical triage: providing assessment, advice, and information to the patient. You will also support and assist our call handlers in the management of critical situations, while ensuring patient safety in an efficient and timely manner. IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out-of-hours services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services.

Minimum 12 hours per week, up to 37.5 hours per week. You must be able to commit to 8 weeks of full time training if you are not pathways trained. We are looking for people to support us on weekends. We also have all evenings and early morning shifts available, as well as nights. There is some flexibility with those hours, to be discussed on application. We do not offer any weekday daytime shifts. Pay framework starts from £18.56 through training, up to £24.13 on Saturdays and £29.69 on Sundays + bank holidays
