Full Job Description

To provide administrative support to the Clinical Application Team support and to assist with the general day-to-day administrative duties. To ensure all clinical staff receive appropriate clinical systems access. To work closely with all staff to provide and maintain a working system. To identify and troubleshoot basis clinical systems issues.
To provide day-to-day support to the Clinical Systems and its users by working on rotation between Birmingham Children's Hospital and 90 Vincent Drive.

+ Support business continuity plans and assist with data catch-up.
+ Provide support and guidance to the ICT Clinical Systems Helpdesk.
+ Responsible for administering the Trust mobile phone.
+ Ensure standard documentation is up to date and available.
+ Provide advice and assistance on national and local policies that are relevant to the ICT services provided.
+ Communicate with users in 'plain English' on IT matters.
