Full Job Description
The post holder will support the Clinical Coding Department by entering data accurately into the Patient Administration System. Collect medical records from the inpatient and day case wards for all patient discharges and tracking them onto the system accurately and in accordance with Trust policies and procedures for all patient discharges. The post-holder will work closely with administrative staff across the Trust, focusing on delivering significant but sustainable improvements in the quality of data whilst maintaining the departmental medical records throughput.
