CLINICAL CONTRACTS & BUDGETS SENIOR ASSOCIATE LIVE What you will do In this vital role you will provide clinical site contracting services to clinical study teams to support study start up and conduct activities.

  • Manage end-to-end process for clinical site contracts and clinical trial related consulting agreements (including contracts, amendments, negotiation, escalation, translation, distribution, signature, archiving) and Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDA)
  • Set up financial data, raise purchase orders, and handle entries into financial systems (e.g., Ariba, Greenphire, SAP)
  • Support site-related invoice preparation and submission in the Amgen Payment System (eGPS, Greenphire)
  • Maintain contract and payment tracking in appropriate systems and participate in meetings to resolve issues with legal, sites, and finance teams
  • Review, approve, or reject clinical invoices and assist with audit reviews
  • Contract with local Global Study Operations (GSO) vendors and manage Clinical Trials Insurance process
  • Identify opportunities and best practices with local and regional partners to improve operational effectiveness
  • Manage all study-related Site payments not handled by Clinical Pricing & Payments Group

    Degree educated
  • Previous experience working in a global and matrix environment within life sciences or medically related field
  • Knowledge of local contracting, budget and payment processes in the UK & Ireland
  • Relevant experience in Legal, Negotiation and/or Finance related fields
  • Knowledge of UK ABPI contract template and NIHR iCT tool
  • Ideally previous experience with Greenphire
