Are you an experienced clinician looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to join a service at a time of exciting change?

We are looking for applications from highly motivated and enthusiastic 8a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist who are committed to delivering patient-focused care and treatment.

We are keen to invest in the development of new practitioners joining our service to enhance their knowledge, skills, clinical practice, leadership and confidence in working in this area. We are therefore looking for applicants who either have experience in Adult mental Health or have a good foundation of transferable skills and an interest to develop in this area.

We especially welcome applications from candidates with the valuable experience of the diverse social and cultural communities the Trust serves as we are seeking to ensure our psychology staffing has greater diversity and better represents local communities. The successful candidate will be supported to develop their career and flourish as a valued member of the psychology staff group. There are also a number of support systems within the Trust including staff peer networks., We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative psychologist to work in the South Westminster Mental Health Hub as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary service designed to deliver a new model of care working closely with Primary Care Networks and other community services . The team works with clients with severe and enduring mental health problems including psychosis, bipolar affective disorder, complex emotional needs, recurrent depression and complex PTSD.

Joining our Adult Psychology Service offers the opportunity to develop your skills in psychosocial interventions for complex difficulties and for working with multi-disciplinary teams. You will be part of a supportive group of psychologists, with good supervision structures and access to opportunities within the borough and wider trust for development of special interests and the sharing of specialist knowledge, such as . The service is supportive of continuing professional development and has close links with several regional Clinical & Counselling Psychology Training Courses.
